Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all financial transactions between Infracos.io and its clients. We are committed to transparency and fairness in all engagement arrangements.
1. General Policy
Due to the bespoke, knowledge-intensive nature of infrastructure consulting services, all fees paid to Infracos.io are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. This policy reflects the significant time, research, and expertise invested from the initiation of each engagement.
2. Infrastructure Review ($699)
- Full refund available if requested more than 48 hours before the scheduled review session.
- No refund once the review session has been conducted or materials have been delivered.
- If Infracos.io cancels or cannot complete the review, a full refund will be issued.
3. Growth Infrastructure Plan ($2,999) & Scale Architecture Package ($7,500)
- 50% deposit is non-refundable upon engagement commencement.
- Remaining balance is refundable within 7 days of the first working session if the engagement has not progressed to deliverable production.
- No refunds after deliverables have been provided or significant work completed.
- Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis where Infracos.io fails to meet agreed deliverable specifications.
4. Enterprise Infrastructure Advisory
Refund terms for enterprise advisory engagements are defined individually in each Enterprise Engagement Agreement. Please refer to your specific agreement for applicable terms.
5. Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Refund requests due to unforeseen events (e.g., medical emergencies, business closure) will be reviewed on a compassionate, case-by-case basis. Please contact us promptly with documentation.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email billing@infracos.io with:
- Your full name and company name
- Engagement details and date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, please escalate to legal@infracos.io. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
